We deliver our products only to addresses within the United States and Canada. We cannot deliver to P.O. or APO/FPO boxes.
Pick-ups are not available.
Shipment of all pool tables will be delivered to a preferred dealer or installer in your area, and includes on-site delivery and installation in the room of your choice. Special installations may have additional expenses.
Shipping of Pool Tables:
Professional delivery and installation will be handled by a preferred dealer or installer in your area.
In most cases, your pool table will be shipped 4-5 weeks from the customer approval after the order is confirmed. Final delivery and installation of your pool table will be scheduled with a preferred dealer or installer designated by Connelly Billiards.
When we have completed building your table, you will receive notice by email from email@example.com that your table has been shipped and you will then be contacted by the preferred dealer or installer to schedule final delivery and installation.
You will receive an e-mail from us that your table has been shipped and the preferred dealer or installer will notify you directly to schedule final delivery and installation which will be set up to your satisfaction in the room of your choice.

After your products are installed, you will be asked by the installer to sign a “Delivery & Installation Confirmation Form”. This verifies that the dealer has delivered and installed your products to your satisfaction and completes the order process.
